A.K.A the Two-Bar Belt Slider
You thread a fabric, webbing or leather belt through the two slots. The centre bar grips the strap so you can tighten or loosen it without a pin. This one is a fashion piece: glossy dark-green resin (slight marble in the face), made to sit on a ladies’ belt, a wrap dress, a coat tie or a bag strap.
Not a side-release clip and not a pin buckle. The strap goes in and out of the two windows.
