As a first time buyer from Ragland Pmb I was a little nervous not having seen and felt the actual fabric. The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and described the feel and texture to me. I ordered the amount needed on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning already had a Courier link. Raglands communication was exceptional and my parcel was delivered within 4 days (I live in an outlying area). The fabric is exactly as shown in the picture and as described. There is no pic as I haven't had time to make it up yet. 5 stara to Ragland for their communication, easy process and a great product.
